Any and all refunds will be to the original payment method. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If you believe that you were charged incorrectly, you must contact us within 15-business days of your payment, to have your account reviewed for refund. If you need to change a payment method after you’ve already submitted your payment, you must contact us as soon as possible.
