Not only will your home be listed at Contl02.com, but also on Rental.com, CoStar.com, hotpads.com, Zillow.com and over 30 other affiliate internet sites. We can also offer something that many property management companies cannot and that is customer service a live agent on the phone and not a recording to answer your calls.
MANAGEMENT FEES & OWNER PAYMENTS:
We have a set commission fee that we charge to landlords and don’t charge first month leasing fees, administrative fees, we don’t keep the deposits they are sent directly to the landlord, we don’t keep the first month rent on the property, we have our own maintenance crew for all repairs to your properties if needed, we are reliable and honest and work hard for all of our landlords. We have been in business since 1984.. Rental Statements are emailed, mailed or faxed per your preference at the end of every month with all the collection information and paid invoices for your review and income taxes. This allows our owners to plan with confidence, knowing that their payments will arrive on time.
